Bio
Having taught History at the University of Kent for 34 years, in 2004 I retired to Sandwich where I have since lived.
In Sandwich I have served on the committee of The Arts Society Sandwich, helped with concerts and exhibitions at St. Mary’s Art Centre, and participated in Sandwich litter picks and gardening work on the Rope Walk. I am also a long-time member of the Phoenix Singers.
I have a particular interest in Sandwich Museum and Archives, and would generally like to develop the rich heritage of Sandwich.
